Update June 2017: It’s very unlikely that I’ll resume classes in Alexandria. The studio is lovely, but getting there is exhausting. Workshops there remain a possibility.

7.30 – 9.30 pm.

All classes at: Mind The Mat (Del Ray), 2214 Mount Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22301.

Parking should be free and easy, but DO NOT Park in the lot out back without a tag from Mind The Mat.

As this is a 2 hour class prices are:-
$10 (Your 1st 5Rhythms Class); $15 (Students, Elders etc); $20 Full Price.

This is not organized by Mind The Mat so class cards &c do not apply, but there’s a big thank you to Sara VanderGoot for getting this off the ground.
