Dance Loft on 14

We’ve held a few 5Rhythms classes at the Dance Loft on 14 including a Valentine’s eve class on Saturday Feb 14th 2015 (and we got home in the snow afterwards!). However, there will be no more classes at the Dance Loft in the foreseeable future.

Kali Yoga

I loved teaching our series at Kali Yoga on 14th Street, but regular Saturday evenings are unfortunately not sustainable for me.
