The 4th Thursday series at Sky House Yoga in downtown Silver Spring continues with Release on October 26th, 8.00 – 10.00 pm.

Remember that you can book for the $15 Early-bird price at Sky House Yoga. Otherwise the price on the door is $20. Pre-booking & directions at http://www.skyhouseyoga.com/workshops

No class on November 23rd of course, but we are back on December 28th.
