April 22nd is Earth Day! What a chance to celebrate our place here on earth with movement that is both grounded and fluid, rooted and free!
So on Sunday April 22nd we return to the mother beneath our feet for Charles Village 5Rhythms at Homewood Friends Meeting House (Quakers, y’all), 3.00 – 5.00 pm. -And of course the class continues every 2nd & 4th Sunday afternoon (with maybe a couple missed in the summer).
Then we’ll be back Right In The Beat at Sky House Yoga in Silver Spring on Thursday, April 25th (8.00 – 10 pm).
-And back at Willow Street Yoga in Takoma Park on Friday, May 11th (7.30 – 9.30 pm).
