I am excited to offer this short series of 5Rhythms classes at the Waldorf School. Each class will involve dancing at least one ‘Wave’ but will also focus on each of the 5Rhythms in turn so the classes can be taken as a ‘course’.

New developments on the way!

I shall soon be starting a short series of 5 or 6 classes in Baltimore on Wednesday evenings. Details to follow.

In Takoma Park I have been enjoying the length of the room on the second floor and I am re-naming the class ‘Traveling Waves’. Each month a good part (by no means all) of the class will be dedicated to dancing down the length of the room. As a dancer, I have found this to be an incredibly rewarding experience. The elementary structure encourages us to quite literally travel through the Rhythms and through our own process. For myself, each pass through the room calls up a different dance.

Meanwhile The Sky House Yoga series in Silver Spring continues with ‘Shaking The Tree’ and Sunday afternoon classes continue through most of the summer with some gaps when I have to be away.
