As leaves fall from the trees, 5Rhythms will be blossoming in the DC area!

Apart from the normal 1st & 3rd Friday (and newly-added 5th Fridays) in Bethesda, there’ll be:-

The 2nd Sunday class in Baltimore will happen as usual 3.00 – 5.00 pm,

The other class this month will be on the 3rd Sunday, July 20th, NOT on the usual 4th Sunday.

A reminder that we have added an extra 5th Friday class this month in Bethesda.

I am in Europe at present, but please extend a warm welcome to Ray Diaz, of New York City, as he nears completion of his 5Rhythms teacher training.   Come support the creation of a great new teacher and experience Ray’s wonderful energy!  

We are sorry to say that we must suddenly cancel the May 16th 5Rhythms Class.  The facilities at the Carderock Swim and Tennis Club are not available — they are re-surfacing the driveway and parking lot, a project which was delayed due to our rainy weather.  We received notice about the building this afternoon — too late to find a substitute venue.

The good news is that we shall have a 5Rhythms class on Friday, May 30th. I shall be in Europe at a Teacher’s Gathering, but Ray Diaz -a teacher-in-training from NYC- will be coming down to lead it. Please give me a warm welcome!
