I  am back from the UK. Tuesday Takoma Park drop-in classes will continue thru May 24th.

Great to see 18 dancers at our first Alexandria class at Mind The Mat.

Next class is on March 11th, 7.30 – 9.30 pm.

No class on Feb 23rd. Takoma Park 5Rhythms is CANCELLED this week only. I have to fly to the UK to see my aunt who is thought to be dying. I’ll be back for the Alexandria class on Friday and for the Baltimore class on Sunday. I shall resume in Takoma Park on March 1st.

Tuesday Takoma Park classes are now ongoing thru May 24th. I no longer teach there on Thursdays.
